This process is for users of the GM Next by PBPL Android app. If available, include your app package ID to help us locate your account quickly.

How to request account deletion

  1. In the app: Menu → Account Settings → Close Account and follow the prompts.
  2. From the web (this page): Submit the form below and we’ll verify and process your request.

Use the exact email or phone you used to sign up.

If the form does not work for you, send an email to support@greenman.com with subject Request to delete my GM Next account and include the above information. You can also contact helpdesk@greenman.com.

What will be deleted

Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete your GM Next by PBPL account and associated personal data from our systems.

We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal claims). Such data is stored only for the minimum period mandated and then deleted.

Timing & confirmation

Verified requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
